    The bank is vey good in terms of working environment and continuous enhancement of benefits.
    The good thingsThe bank is good, they hire me because they saw potential skills on me to fill the gap in addressing the bank's problem. And it was a great career growth and development. Challenges are inevitable but who am I to complain that is part of my job that is why they hire me as problem solver not as problem contributor. Challenges made me sharper and on the first place if they don't have problem then why should I be hired. Responsibilities and lead role must come with great skills, experience and most importantly professional manner, I don't asked for it but it was given to me not as a favor but a justified role.
    The challengesChallenges are present everywhere and anywhere, there is no such thing as perfect company its for you to fit in as an employee and a problem solver. The bank has its own management's problem and processes that needs everybody's role to contribute in the solution. And for me those are just normal and acceptable since the company is still expanding and making those challenges as opportunities for me to grow and learn more.

Promptly addresses employee concerns. Friendly work environment. Payroll is also released earlier than expected. Annual increase

    Terrible and not recommended. The staff also does not respect you unless you're friends with them.
    The good thingsThey are strict with 8:30-5:30 PM. They will also not give you overtime pay unless you render a minimum of 3 hours.
    The challengesLess opportunities to grow for you. It would take you years to get promoted or explore other fields. Your papers for regularization or other HR related documents would take time or months before you can receive it. Salary oftentimes is delayed for a day or if not there's a lot of mistakes. I have been raising this concern but no action was taken.

    The good thingsColleagues from outside my department are very friendly and approachable.
    The challengesLowballing of salary. HR Operations is not swift in addressing employee concerns. Payroll is very inefficient. No annual merit increases (unlike other thrift banks). Too much politics at work. Poor culture.

    The good thingsThe management is good.
    The challengesOh I have a lot to say about the management but I'll choose to keep it to a minimum. The management does not care about employee satisfaction, they are very hesitant when in comes to the budget and most of the equipment are lacking, old and worn out. Requests take a very long time to receive any feedback whatsoever. No updates on requests. And the salary, functioning as a Customer Service Associate/Branch Service Associate and often times at the loans department makes me realize no wonder there are plenty of resignations happening. The amount of salary given does not nearly compensate the amount of work given. No salary increase given.

    It was good to work in Legal Department, because my manager is very helpful and smart.
    The good thingsThe good things about to work in WealthBank are friendly working environment, respectful managers, very smart co- employees, accommodating guards, very nice offices, also they're giving affordable interest to the clients and offered low interest of car and housing loans, lastly they are giving 100 percent bonuses to all employees plus intensives to those employee that can refer clients in every branches all over the Philippines.
    The challengesThe great challenges to work in this company they need to improve there branches/buildings into centralized with monitored closed circuit TV or CCTV, in order for them to give satisfaction for both clients and employees and get highly recommended securities can duty 24/7, so that assets or portfolio of the bank is secured from the criminal. One thing to improve is to make one building for all the departments for the easy and faster transaction.

    The challengesI worked as technical service associate in the central operations and services department of the company handling facilities and administration. The company is very hesitant on budget especially when it comes to repairs and renovations. Offices and units are old and worn out, many of the equipment are broken and outdated. Recommendations have been made to address this issue only to be refused by the upper management.
