3. Management is making all the efforts to improve compensation/salary of its employees.
4. Company-sponsored accommodation for employees who are from Manila and other very far away places.
The challenges1. Salary of employees remain stagnated, no increase or improvement in pay even if there are remarkable contributions made by the employee/employees.
2. The school and management still has difficulty in hiring and maintaining quality and top-caliber faculty and non-teaching personnel probably because the school is located in the province and the salary is too low compared to other schools/companies and the qualifications the school is looking for in ts potential hires.
3. Sometimes the school gets isolated during and after a natural calamity (storms, heavy rains, etc.).
