    I stayed and survived four years because of my workmates.
    The good thingsMy workmates and free CPD seminars, leaves.
    The challengesUnderstaff, workloads which makes the salary was not enough and it's frustrating because you can feel that after all the responsibilities and works you've done, still not well compensated. At first I'm still happy and enjoying because I also know and do sometimes of the workloads of my workmates if necessary. But the time comes and ask myself if it's still worth it. Lastly, the backpay will take 2 months or more before you received and you need to follow up it to the offboarding team, hassle.

    The good thingsIt cab build your self confidence and building rapport with the patients and customers regarding their medications

    May experience while working at watsons is great I have learned a lot about health Ang excellent communication skills
    The good thingsI enjoy working at watsons because I had made customer knowledgeable with every medicine they purchase and weekly we have an activity that will make every employee grow more
    The challengesYou must be open minded and careful in dispensing medicine because if you got wrong in giving medicine to patient you might harm them that will not only reflect to you but also it will destroy the name of the company
