    I stayed and survived four years because of my workmates.
    The good thingsMy workmates and free CPD seminars, leaves.
    The challengesUnderstaff, workloads which makes the salary was not enough and it's frustrating because you can feel that after all the responsibilities and works you've done, still not well compensated. At first I'm still happy and enjoying because I also know and do sometimes of the workloads of my workmates if necessary. But the time comes and ask myself if it's still worth it. Lastly, the backpay will take 2 months or more before you received and you need to follow up it to the offboarding team, hassle.

    Benefits are good. Quite stressful.
    The good thingsI have learned a lot of things from here. The company will help you enhance your skills specially when your just starting. Basic salary for starters are above average for RPh. I just don't know to the other positions.
    The challengesAll in one duty. You will do things that are not part of your job description however this will help you learn and experience new things,and this will not guarantee you with increase in salary. Work-life balance is not quite good especially when working in store operation in a supervisory level. You should be available at all time even though its your day off.
