    The colleagues are great but the management are totally terrible.
    The good thingsSalary are on time and maybe the reason why I stayed because of my colleagues.
    The challengesAOMs ARE TERRIBLE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE WHICH WOULD LEADS HALF OF OUR PHARMA TEAM RESIGN AND THE HIGHER BOSSES WONT MAKE ANY MOVE REG. THE ISSUES.

    I already proved myself in this company..that i realized I need to improve myself in other aspects or places and people which may help more on my self growth.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my co workers, and having a good interactions with customers,giving them help regarding their medicines and making them satisfied on providing health advises.
    The challengesOur company has always lack of manpower,most especially in this current situation that the employees need to overworked for longer hours. Which I think is not suits for them for an average salary.
