    Workload is not justifiable. Employees in the head office if not all, most of them work beyond the normal hours or even on a weekend, just to meet the requirements.

    Not for people looking for a work-life-balance environment and for those who wants to be well compensated.
    The good thingsProvided seminars for CPD units for Pharmacists, fostering continuous learning. Employee discount
    The challengesTenured employees disrespects and overpower newly hired Pharmacists with Supervisory positions. The challenging attitude of some tenured employees potentially contributes to a situation where Pharmacists find it difficult to stay within the company. No work-life-balance Pharmacists tend to do cashiering jobs for almost a day due to lack of manpower. Inventory allowance is only 50.00php per head.

    Not recommended to people who don't know how to multi-task and terrible at following the rules and regulations because they have lots of do's and Don't.
    The good thingsFriendly co-workers and the environment is kinda safe and healthy because they are very strict when it comes to so called germs and being afraid that someone might get sick. Oh ofcourse due to some lack of Manpower. lol!
    The challengesAfter two months i did quit. It was unhealthy for me to stay longer. Poor management and lack of man power. We have to extend more hours atleast 2 to 3 hours. Yes it is good because you tend to get bigger salary but ofcourse our body needs some rest. Also we have to carry heavy load. Poor us.

    The colleagues are great but the management are totally terrible.
    The good thingsSalary are on time and maybe the reason why I stayed because of my colleagues.

    Being a pharmacist at Watsons is not that easy, make sure you are able to multi task.
    The good thingsSalary is on time. Co workers are easy to be with well "happy"
    The challengesSome AOM are not good enough to handle their employees. Well most of their Pharmacist did not stayed and make AWOL due to non professional treatment. Most of the area's are lack of manpower because the management don't know how to take care of their employees. Pharmacist need to stayed for 10.5hrs a day since due to compressed work.

    The challengesOur company has always lack of manpower,most especially in this current situation that the employees need to overworked for longer hours. Which I think is not suits for them for an average salary.

    I really enjoyed working in this kind of industry because it thought me a lot of good things, specially on how to handle simple illness.
    The good thingsI am really glad that working here for almost five years our Area Manager endorsed and trust me a task to go and manage others branch for our newly software project. Also, it thought me how to be more resourceful and useful once working alone without their guidance.
    The challengesThings that I can be suggest to this company is to have a more Team-bonding or Team-building, for us to have more self-confidence specially when selling and explaining the proper and right way how to drink their medicines as based on prescription.
