    I encounter good people but some of the managers will not be able to give you growth somehow you should be proactive just to be more confident in the field you've pursued. no training no certification no seminars.

    The good thingsI learned a lot of technical skills working side by side with the property's skilled technicians. I also experienced reporting to a group of engineers including the department's leaders.
    The challengesMall engineers have a low salary. The company prohibits employee OT. There is also no salary increase even after 2 years of experience.

    You will learn a bit of your trade but the company exploits hired Fresh Graduates
    The good thingsAverage learning of the trade you have studied in Engineering
    The challengesThey exploit fresh graduates and give them VERY LOW and unfair starting salary. This is the reason why many talents resign early. Not a good stepping stone for your career. Know your worth. I learned it the hard way.

    It was fun working at this industry because it taught me to go beyond my limits.
    The good thingsAll of the employees are approachable. I was able to have fun while working because of them. They always give my the chance to experience new things and assist me throughout the way. I will never regret applying to Waltermart Supermarket because it gave me the opportunity to work as a part time during my vacation as a student.
    The challengesWhat is only challenging working at a merchandise is the possibility of working overtime due to the volume of people. Most of the time, I work more than 8 hours.

    Working here can be pretty toxic depending on which department you'll be in.
