    Low salary. Low offer for experienced agents. No annual salary increase. Poor management. No reso.
    The good thingsPrevious TL because he made us feel protected and guided. Only stayed because of my TL but now promoted as OM to another account, and I got transferred to another team leader who was incompetent and no power to protect his agents. Nice HMO.
    The challengesI got transferred to another team leader that is incompetent and no power to protect his agents. Cannot protect and fight for our rights from QA when there is disputes, very high concurrence of chats, no resolution when there is an issue. A lot of disputable dissatisfied because of prank chatters but the AD does not approve to remove it and that was the biggest question! If the prank chat was satisfied, she immediately and efficiently removes it. Low salary. Low offer for experienced agents. No annual salary increase. Hard to get the 3k incentives due to unncessary requirements.

    I had a great working experience with VXI Global Solutions company.
    The good thingsHealthy working environment. Trainers, mentors and colleagues and all the other staff are friendly and helpful.
    The challengesNothing. This company take care of their employees. Mental and physical health of their employees is their top priorities.

    The good thingsI have many helpful colleagues. They cheer me up. However, the management is cruel when you made a mistake. I have many colleagues that is power tripping here. I don't talk to much but inside I am hurt badly.
    The challengesColleagues that is powertripping. Team lead who has an attitude problem. Favoritism is the big problem here. They have high expectation for the minuscule salary. I will not comeback here. It's one of the worst call center I have ever worked with. Concentrix, Teleperformance and etc. are better than this company. I just want to share this problems so that you will not experience my anxiety with the people I worked with.

    A Good Entry-Level ExperiencePositive: Competitive compensation for a newbie. Bi-weekly payout. Sleeping quarters provided. HMO included. Monthly events and activities. Daily raffles for hitting sales targets (for sales account). Negative (based on my observations): Some leaders practice micromanagement. Expectations continue to increase, but compensation does not. Sales targets become unrealistically high, making bonuses harder to achieve. Overall: I’d still consider going back, depending on my goals— but in a different role.

    The good thingsMy experience at VXI Global Solutions was overwhelmingly positive, largely due to the supportive and collaborative work environment. The company fostered a culture of teamwork, where colleagues readily assisted each other and shared knowledge.
    The challengesThe challenges of the night shift were certainly present, but the company's thoughtful accommodations and the overall positive work environment mitigated these difficulties significantly.

    It was fine, they offer a higher basic salary compared to other BPO companies, but even that is honestly not enough to make you stay here for extended period.
    The good thingsFree coffee, that's the only thing I liked.
    The challengesTheir facilities in VXI Munoz is trash. The restrooms are not well maintained. AND THEIR WATER IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF STOMACH ACHES FOR MOST OF THE AGENTS. They only provide filtered water stations that you're not even sure if they're actually clean. I stopped refilling my water bottle in site since I would always end up sick 🙄

    It is somewhat good, average company. Good training ground for first-time job seekers.
    The good thingsThe team I was assigned to was just the right team, enough to handle the daily stress in the job itself. It is bearable, and just enough paycheck.
    The challengesThe overall management is poor, the way they mass hire and do mass temporary layoffs without notices are just stressful. Average pay and slow career growth.

    The good thingsThe compensation and the benefits, especially when it comes to salary, never experienced a a late salary nor dipustes during my tenurity.
    The challengesThe accounts are toxic, but the superiors trued their best not to be toxic. Of course they can't control, so there were times they became toxic to their agents.

    The challengesI dont have any againts with the company itself. It just that i had a very personal problem that time so i was not able to be an effective asset of the company, that is why i decided to resign.
