    If you want a boost in BPO Career
    The good thingsPeople are very accommodating and understandable. They will teach all the basics and give you plenty of tricks and useful tips when managing on your specific field of work. The pay is also decent based on experience
    The challengesThe management is poor as they expect too much during pandemic. Tools provided are now becoming more of a hassle (always down and doesn't work properly) and can't be ignored as it also affect your management skills and the blame is passed on to the employee (you) No Work From Home Arrangement (a big deal during the time of this review)
