    The good things- Better quality training - Lots of incentives even for newbies
    The challenges- Some of the facility equipment sometimes broken - Too little a space for a well-known company in the industry

    VXI had been a great stepping stone for me and really helped me in terms of my financial growth
    The good thingsIncentives and hypes (weekly and monthly) and monthly programs that made my stay really fun. The HMO and they were not strict with my vacation leaves
    The challengesFor me, it was really the account that was very toxic for my mental health but honestly that helped me grow

    The good thingsReviews weekly and monthly progress, then conducts coaching to better performance. Rewards employees with generous incentives.

    The good things1 day processing and quick response when you have any questions thru email. The people are all nice.

    No work at home option due to LOB.

    Working for VXI is really a challenge for me. They say if you handle Telco specially this specific client that we have you will be a super agent and I can say it is true.
    The good thingsEnvironment is Kind of light. Working with good people and eventually you can treat them as your family at the same time with respect still on a professional level for each other.
    The challengesWe have to be fully trained on each of the service that we provide and we can't rely on stock knowledge there is always new update almost everyday so we have to make sure we are always up to date.
