    Employee-friendly, good environment
    The good thingsThey care about their people which supports their motto. The application process is smooth, the environment is light considering that the account I've handled is challenging. The offboarding process was smooth as well.
    The challengesThere's no perfect company. As a business, they have quotas to make. Hence, they put pressure to achieve those goals but those will be beneficial to you as well because through that, you will grow as a person and as an employee.
