Major red flags: excessive working hrs. a high turnover rate, and a pervasive lack of accountability
The good thingsYou can see a lot of Viva Artists during the Anniversary.
The challengesThe current operational standards are not aligned with ISO requirements. The Human Resources department appears to be unduly influenced by higher authority. There is a distinct lack of accountability across all processes and departments. A culture of finger-pointing exists, leading to a lack of unity. The company is over-utilizing its manpower, resulting in a high turnover rate. Long working hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Great opportunity that could help you despite having this pandemic
The good thingsKind and understanding manager, have friendly co-workers and they will help you to teach and learn new and old things and share their knowledge.
The challengesThey stop providing van service when NCR was transitioned from MECQ to GCQ. Many orders (depending on what branch/store) so consider having straight duty.

    Amazing
The good thingsThey give rank and files the opportunity to grow , by having open promotion, trainings like personality development and costing ,handling difficult guest, handling labora and manpower, boss were cool and they want the employees to enjoy along the way.
The challengesNothing much, is just that when you are in a branch with low potential income because of low foot traffic is very challenging, to make people dine everyday and guest always complain about the traffic and parking lot space ,
