Additionally, a team of well-trained quality control and sales staff ensures Visita Group delivers to out customers standards.In order to fulfill the company vision, we have and established chain of command, which ensures that all tasks are completed with maximum efficiency.In 2010, we entered the software development business with the launch of a comprehensive state-of- art biometric payroll system. The product is seamless and computes attendance automatically including quit pay, maternity leave, and overtime. Furthermore, the system includes all government reportorial requirements such as withholding tax, SSS, Pagibig, GSIS and Alpha list, among other considerations.The biometric payroll system also enables users to upload attendance in text file from the branch office and download the data in the main office for payroll processing. Apart from this, the system has provisions to electronically transmit a text file to banks, which enables banks to credit individual accounts with their respective salary. The system includes a plethora of features, but it can also be custom-made to suit company specific requirements – which is our specialtyOur thrust is to provide services for payroll outsourcing at competitive prices, while tailoring exactly to client needs. We would assist in payrolls and provide all the features mentioned above. An optional feature available is our paperless payroll outsourcing package.Visita Software Solutions guarantees secure, accurate and timely release of payroll. VSS has already developed and launched accounting software, a POS system, and hotel/hospital inventory solution.

The challengesManagement has to assess themselves. If an employee needs to be reprimanded for whatever reason, provide constructive criticism to enable the employee to improve and best do it behind closed doors where the whole office won't hear your conversation. Also, be empathetic towards your employees. Check how the employee is doing if they have been sent home or wasn't able to go to work due to an emergency situation rather than using it against them when they return back to work.
