    1. Stressful Environment The workplace is incredibly stressful, making it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. 2. Ineffective Management The management is not supportive and lacks the necessary skills to lead effectively. This contributes to a negative atmosphere. 3. Limited PTO The 15 days of PTO they offer speaks volumes about their disregard for employee well-being. It feels like they don't care about the needs of their staff.

    The challenges1. Very Poor Management The management team lacks effective leadership and communication, which creates a frustrating work environment. 2. Poor Payroll Practices Payroll is consistently processed at the last minute including weekends, often with incorrect calculations. There are often incorrect calculations in the payroll, which adds unnecessary stress. The lack of trust in the payroll process means I now have to spend extra time checking my payslip. 3. High Attrition Rate The company has a concerning attrition rate. While they may offer competitive salaries initially, the reality is that the pay does not match the level of stress and workload, leading many to leave. 4. Unsatisfactory Management My direct manager was particularly ineffective, contributing to a negative work atmosphere. This lack of support made it difficult to stay motivated.

    The good thingsCompany is ok when it comes to people care
    The challengesThe problem is there is no process flow when it comes to quality. You can be escalated to HR without even getting a proper coaching first. And leaders are very difficult to reach for concerns. They pay salary if the 15 and 30 falls on weekend, even holiday

    One heck of a ride
    The good thingsFilipino owned. Employees are valued. Summer outing and christmas party are the most awaited times of the year. No work across all accounts as much as possible for these. A company with great people to work with.

    Good Way To Start... A milestone in achieving your big dreams!!!
    The good thingsThe employer and Leaders will push you to be a better representative. They won't let you feel like a robot. The management are sensitive to employees request. You will be equipped with so many things thatyou can apply in every live calls. Even if you decided to left, still they would be willing to welcome you given that you have fair enough reason of leaving and satisfying performance during stay.
    The challengesChallenges are usual/normal...like in time, demands on production, professionalism, etc... Just like in any other company. It is all up to the employee on how he will adjust. You may feel sometimes the pressure but it would always be part of any business. Work/life without a challenges is boring, there is no growth!
