    I was very happy working with VFI, especially when my batch mates were still there working together with me but when they resigned, I feel burned out with work and I feel the toxic environment inside our office.

    The challengesLow salary, no increase even if you reach how many years working. Some superiors are toxic.

    The challengesIn my case is the location of the company. I got 5 rides from home and vice-versa. I want to do something after office time but can't because all of my time where spent waiting for transportation and travelling.
