Good pay but not recommended Good pay but very tiring, imagine 6 days a week? But full of penalties, you can’t have work life balance at all plus the toxic environment/employee makes you wanna quit your job

Mahigpit sa absent, May pasok kahit pasko and new year, okay lng kung ibang holidays and also HR supposed to treat and manage their people right but no, walang consideration, bypass happens when it comes sa promotion. You're gonna have a chance na sana, na mas mapa-lapit na sa lugar nyo pero bypass ka nila without any reason.
The good thingsGood Employer, pero yung management yung hindi good.
The challengesPeople who manage the company, hindi papayagan umabsent kahit emergency or important matters.

Its typically involve a positive and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, clear communication, meaningful task, a healthy work-life balance, and recognition for ones contribution.
The good thingsEnjoyable aspects of a job can include task that align with my skills and interest, a supportive team and a manager, opportunities for learning and growth, a positive work culture, work that feels meaningful and impactful, a fair compensation package, flexibility, and a healthy work life balance. It’s about finding a balance between personal fulfillment and professional success.
The challengesChallenges of working a job can include high workload and stress, difficult colleagues or managers, limited opportunities for advancement, lack of work-life balance, monotony in tasks, unclear expectations, inadequate compensation, and potentially long commutes. Overcoming these challenges often requires effective communications, time management, adaptability, and seeking support when needed.
