Great place to work and to develop skills and values

The good thingsNo office politics. Everyone is friendly, supportive, kind and treat every one like a family. Some people may find it as a red flag, but for Via Appia's case, the company is nourishing and treats everyone's individuality with respect.

The challengesInitially, when I joined the company, some projects were underestimated. However, things changed over the years. People are more collaborative, from sales to implementation team to support team.
