    Working here is such a wonderful experience that made you advantage in all aspects.
    The good thingsHaving more tasks everyday to train myself to work under pressure, to enhance my ability, to be responsible and dedicated. I have very friendly, supportive bosses that always believe in me, I can overcome all the challenges on my work and might have a great result in the end of the day. My colleagues are also nice, we're just like bothers and sisters .
    The challengesBeing a mediator between the company and the government. Attend in Stakeholders meeting with Expansion and prepare Minutes of Meeting. Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders and other entities. Proactive in solving conflicts between the company and government agencies.

    I've been working as safety officer/Head of my previous Company where in other terminology, specification on the job, technical aspect in term of safety methodology was properly implemented base on the OSHAS 18001 AND EMS 14001
    The good thingsHuman is our business, to create harmonious relationship between the employer and employee and to create safe and friendly workplace. to comply and as our commitment to safety first culture policy.
    The challengesTo educate all workers in terms of safety aspect to be able meet the customer satisfaction and legislation with the rules as amended by D.0 13 as a general safety guidelines in construction and industry
