    Toxic Positivity
The good thingsWork from Home set-up
The challengesThere is a lack of resources, we heavily rely on free postings and scrubbing their system which isn't getting us any traction. Almost every week employees are leaving the company. One thing I can describe about the environment is its Toxic Positivity. The reviews on the other site are much more accurate

    Challenging yet fulfilling
The good thingsPromotes work-life balance -Permanent Work-from-home -Vacation and sick leaves are easily approved by managers without unnecessary interrogation -Logging out on time is encouraged -Flexible 1.5-hour lunch break -Leaders respect your days off Management -Opinions and Suggestions are well acknowledged by HR/management without judgment and you could see that they implement those ideas if it would be beneficial to the company -Leaders are always open if you need any help or assistance -Rewards and monetary incentives are given to performers quarterly and annually Career Growth -Getting promoted to a more senior level depending on how well you did for the whole year regardless of your tenure -You will have the chance to work closely with clients from top companies in the PH to support their hiring needs -Opportunity to handle levels from rank and file to executive levels
The challenges-KPIs are constantly changing (Although it’s also good, since if they have identified that the KPI is not working, they try to improve it.) -ATS is newly implemented, hence it still has a few flaws that need to be fixed. You need to have the basic skills in tracking your candidates manually. -You will be supporting multiple job openings and clients, so you need to have good organization and prioritization skills to manage your tasks. Stress and pressure are inevitable, but I believe it’s part of your growth as a recruiter.

The good thingsWith great working environment and have a diverse company culture. Also have a good system in place where you can learn about the industry and hone your skills specifically in Recruitment. Provides good opportunity for growth in all aspect. All the teams and members are above the industry standard in terms of competency and skills. Work smart and be a diligent recruiter, job here will be rewarding and fulfilling in many areas.

Throughout my time here, I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and dedicated individuals. The support, camaraderie, and mentorship I've received have been instrumental in shaping my career. This company has been more than just a workplace; it's been a home for personal and professional growth. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities and trust placed in me over the years.
The good thingsAn incredible place to learn and grow. Proactivity is key – it's a two-way street
The challengesStill needs to improve in overall (long term) benefits like HMO, Insurance and like.

    Extremely Horrible Employer
The good thingsSome colleagues are supportive but majority are not.
The challengesOffice politics. Positive toxicity. Doesn't promote work life balance. Compressed work week.(which is ironic since they are advertising that they are permanently working from home). The management is delusional. They will put the blame to their employees for the low outputs given they don't provide any office tools/resources needed for the job; that you need to think positive and remove your limiting beliefs. Well in fact what you need is the support from your management for the tools/resources so you can perform your job well and meet their expectations. The SLAs and KPIs are unreasonable. You need to work even during after office hours and weekends. Uncompetitive benefits (mandatory benefits) and painfully low salary package.

The challengesCompressed work week, doesn't promote work-life balance. Must learn to adjust and compromise since there are a lot of workloads. Low compensation, few to no benefits.

Good work experience, management for improvement
The good thingsGood start up for fresh graduates, associates are accommodating and would really put an effort for you to understand the process in terms of recruitment.
The challengesChange of processes from time to time. Hopefully issues especially personal for employees must be addressed confidentially by the management. Micromanagement is not really necessary, there's potential for the business but they really just have to reflect on their movement as managers and listen to their employees suggestions without taking things personal.

    Great, professional yet friendly environment
The good thingsThe executives and supervisors are professional, industry-wise and morality-wise. Discrimination does not exist in this organization, and the bosses are very supportive and encouraging. Employees are rewarded and praised for their achievements, and they are encouraged to learn beyond their current capabilities in the best ways. This is not a big organization, but the people are among the best out there.
The challengesThere are times when pressure is present, but that's natural, given the line of industry the company belongs to. Pressure doesn't come from the bosses, but from the industry.
