It could have been goodThe good thingsFor an entry-level job, the pay is good. They do invest in your training as, for fresh graduates, the technical skills you will need in your day-to-day tasks may not be something you've specifically learned in university.
The challengesThe work environment can be pretty stressful. Depending on where you are onboarded and your direct manager, the workload may also be too heavy. You may or may not need to work outside office hours. Inconsistency with regards to the company policies. There is an air of distrust towards its client-facing staff. They don't say this in any specific terms but it is evident in the small actions and lowkey passive aggressive warnings sent forth in company-wide communication channels. I only emphasize this as the company does love to highlight its culture. It certainly is welcoming but it comes with more than a touch of distrust. There is plenty of room for improvement, for sure.
