Great place to work for young passionate teachers
The good thingsThis a great place to practice your teaching skills. It will really give you a chance to test the different teaching methods you learned in college. Since it is non-graded, you can compare and learn different pedagogies. The administrators organize out-of-town (out-of-the-country for coordinators) trips for team-building activities and retreats. Those trips gave me a chance to get to know my colleagues more and to be part of something that's intended for self-development.
The challengesThe teaching load can be challenging. There are always a lot of activities (academic and extracurricular) which means that you have a lot of responsibilities. You really need to know how to multi-task. Some parents are also difficult to deal with.

    A Great Experience
The good thingsThe institution has a lot of perks to offer to the employees. Annual trainings are given consistently. Retreats are given before the start of a new academic year. The school also gives great opportunities to the employees. Employees are treated like family; hence, they are being taken care of like one.
The challengesEvery company has challenges, difficult and easy. I didn't resign because of these challenges. The challenges encountered in the institution were treated as things to help me improve in many aspects of life.

Learners are attached to interns, very thoughtful and polite.
The good thingsI like the environment in their campus especially the learners and others staffs in the institution.
The challengesThe work load is not that heavy you may have some idle time especially after lunch where not much of work can be assigned to you. I can say I gained a lot of experience here but it cannot cover a full/total experience of being an intern here.

    Unique Experience
The good thingsAngelicum is unique because it's non-graded. i learned a lot from this institution and the friendship i had built was incomparable. the people has an attitude of helping others at all times. The admin, are very accommodating and encouraging. they will really bring out your best in everything you do.
The challengesThe challenge i've encountered so far was in the beginning of my work as a teacher because they have a different system but i was guided so it was addressed easily and i came to be comfortable with the system and even share the knowledge i've gain to my present company.
