    The good thingsCompensation is there as long as the company is hitting their quota and the management is friendly and they can be reached anytime, they even added me up on their skype so the connection is there. Company rules are reasonable and are being followed by each and every employee and supervisors. The managers and supervisors push you beyond what you think you can do offering you opportunities.
    The challengesMy first months with the company has been nothing but amazing but some things, unfortunate things, happened which caused division and mismanagement in some accounts which was not resolved properly so some employees were forced to be benched and have to wait for further announcement when they can work again.
