    The good thingsIt's a good employer. It gives a lot of benefits for employees. As a fresh graduate who started working in this institution i can say that I've learned a lot of things and developed the skills that i have. My superiors thought me how to be flexible and how to handle peoples concern.
    The challengesChallenges is doing interview for College professor applicants. As a fresh graduate that time, sometimes get offended when the one the applicants is in Doctorate degree and i am just starting my career.But despite of that i've earned self-confidence which is essential for HR Personnel like me.
