    The good thingsThe University of Perpetual Help offers competitive salary to its employees, especially to those who are involved in academic operations. The University is ISO-certified, hence, everyone can assure that it follows an exemplary management system. The benefits that employees get are also commendable, especially that the DALTA Group of Companies is a large chain of businesses that covers different fields of interests.
    The challengesAlong with the competitive salary is the great demand for employees' productivity, though this is actually normal for most companies. I can also say that the administration has a high regard for work efficiency, hence, requiring all employees to look for ways on how they can improve their work habits in the most effective way.

    The good thingsThe good thing of working here is it is near my house and I am an alumni of this University.
    The challengesBased on my experience in this company, the challenges that I encounter are first, the system is very poor and don't give credit to rank and file employees. They don't have a good compensation package.
