    Terrible in taking care of employees, especially their own graduates.
    The good thingsLovely students, good laboratory facilities. Timely compensation, but not good enough.
    The challengesPoor management of employees, false hopes, broken promises, tries to meet their goals at the expense of new employees, promises to give teaching loads but takes it back at the very last minute. I do not recommend working for this institution.

    Working there is fun but you must be tough to handle the work demands and balance daily expenses.
    The good thingsScholastic. Protocols are being followed and mentoring are done.
