entry level staffs are more knowledgeable than managerial position but not priority with promotion.The good thingsI enjoyed opening new stores and training new hires
The challengeschallenges were Managers that is self centered will not help you because they will not benefit from you, always saying YES even tho its too far from reality, cant fight for there staff rights!. Also hr personnel is so hard to reach out when you need them the most but too eager to get an update if they needed something from you. toxic environment on store because of favoritism, coudn't handle staff concerns, no clear training and progress
