    entry level staffs are more knowledgeable than managerial position but not priority with promotion.
    The good thingsI enjoyed opening new stores and training new hires
    The challengeschallenges were Managers that is self centered will not help you because they will not benefit from you, always saying YES even tho its too far from reality, cant fight for there staff rights!. Also hr personnel is so hard to reach out when you need them the most but too eager to get an update if they needed something from you. toxic environment on store because of favoritism, coudn't handle staff concerns, no clear training and progress

    Nice but quite challenging mostly it is physically demanding.
    The good thingsWhat I liked the most about working in Uniqlo was the good pay, benefits, and the chance to grow my skills in customer service and teamwork. The challenge I faced was with management and some colleagues, but it helped me learn patience and adaptability.
    The challengesOn the other hand, some challenges I experienced were related to management and a few colleagues. At times, the work environment could feel stressful or less supportive.

    Challenging!
    The good thingsThey care for their employees and most of the managers and leaders are approachable and reasonable. They're very understanding when it comes to your problem with work or your personal problems. You will learn alot from customer service to fashion and business side.
    The challengesThe challenging part would be when theres alot of customers and you can barely accommate them all and you were given a tasks that you should meet the deadlines. And also, prolly the shifting schedule could be one.

The workplace lets me learn and experience more things and they helped me develop my skills and unlocking new ones in order to meet the needs of my work ethics in the business. Opportunities is endless because they get to offer you in working in different places and let's you experience challenges that always makes you a better person than before.
    The challengesThe difficult part is you get to encounter scenarios where you need to give utmost services to the customers and there are endless tasks wherein you have to give double the effort as you are letting the store to become a good business and a place for customer to meet their needs. The work requires you to be flexible with time and doing multi-tasks just in order to reach the objectives of the day and the main goals of the business.
