    Admitting Supervisor

Paranaque City Metro Manila11 to 12 years in the role, current employee
It was a joyful and unforgettable experience, especially because I learned a lot, particularly my Mentor.
The good thingsI enjoy interacting with people of different personalities—some are kind, others are angry, talkative, or arrogant—depending on the situation during admission. Because of this, I have learned to adapt and communicate appropriately with various types of individuals, My colleagues are also kind, and nearly half of the employees in the hospital are my friends.
The challengesTo provide fair and adequate compensation based on an employee's work performance.

    Management Priorities
The good thingsThe company of professionals from administrative, finance, operations and medical. Sportsfest, 2 times a year, company outings depending on the budget set by a certain department. Some free trainings either from the administrative and medical division.
The challengesManagement priorities and so many bosses that would tend to overlap their boundaries and boss you too much. Not much employee benefits like HMO even though we're working in a hospital environment. Even the opportunity to grow will not be enough because once you hit the supervisor level, that is the cap of your opportunity growth in a service related hospital.

I am also able to practice my nursing skills to patients , I have the opportunity to meet a lot of people from the lowest level to highest level in terms of their professional and social standing in the society.
The challengesdecision making on patient welfare and nurses, midwives concerns; working in a limited resources versus life threatening conditions; coming and going to workplace which takes more than two hours travel. arbitrating in between employees with conflict. arranging activities to unite or unify my department like team building
