    A Valuable and Positive Learning Experience in the IT Department of UERMMCI.
    The good thingsWorking at UERMMCI as an Intern Network Administrator/Computer Technician has been a rewarding experience. I enjoy gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting, network maintenance, and computer setup. The supportive and knowledgeable team makes learning easier and more engaging. I also appreciate knowing that my work helps keep hospital operations running smoothly.
    The challengesThere is really nothing I dislike about the environment in the IT Department. The team is supportive, the workflow is well-organized, and the overall atmosphere makes it a positive place to learn and work.

    Overall, UERM is good company to work with if you are in the medical field. The operations management / admin needs improvement though (in terms of leadership style). They need to step up their offer on newbies especially other competing companies can obviously offer better benefits. And lastly, the HR dept needs to level up their management style and broaden their observation, aren't they wondering why some department can't maintain new employees?
    The good things- Doctors and nurses are kind and professionals - There are some kind colleagues - UERM itself is kind and generous to its employees (giving financial assistance during typhoon, etc) - Salary was never delayed - Education plan for regular employees' children (up to 2 kids)
    The challenges- The management though is not professional (you'll get scolded in front of other colleagues and sometimes, clients, inconsistent decisions, incomplete and nonstructured training) - Bias HR staff - Average salary offer - No allowance (for newbies) - No HMO (for newbies) - Overall, no benefits for newbies.

    Great work-life balance but low salary and no career progression.
    The good thingsPositive working environment, from guards to high officials. The work-life balance is great. Generous in terms of benefits, specifically the VL & SL, as well as the discounts on education (if you will take master's degree or your children will enroll in UE schools).
    The challengesLow salary and minimum increases for loyal employees. Stagnant career progression. The management cause workflow delays due to slow process and decision making of higher-ups.
