Overall, UERM is good company to work with if you are in the medical field. The operations management / admin needs improvement though (in terms of leadership style). They need to step up their offer on newbies especially other competing companies can obviously offer better benefits. And lastly, the HR dept needs to level up their management style and broaden their observation, aren't they wondering why some department can't maintain new employees? The good things- Doctors and nurses are kind and professionals
- There are some kind colleagues
- UERM itself is kind and generous to its employees (giving financial assistance during typhoon, etc)
- Salary was never delayed
- Education plan for regular employees' children (up to 2 kids)
The challenges- The management though is not professional (you'll get scolded in front of other colleagues and sometimes, clients, inconsistent decisions, incomplete and nonstructured training)
- Bias HR staff
- Average salary offer
- No allowance (for newbies)
- No HMO (for newbies)
- Overall, no benefits for newbies.
