    Had the great working environment here at Tulas Sa Pag-unlad Inc for 10 yrs and 5 months and still counting to stay more in this company.
    The good thingsDealing with different types of people, with a heart to serve the poor,community organizing,build strong relation to clients, spread the word of GOD through Usapang paglago at usapang negosyo.Staff and clients are benifited well.organizing training, livelihood programs and community organizing.
    The challengeschallenges to be patient dealing with clients,build self confidence when dealing with clients, evaluate self regarding charisma to other people, to be independent and can stand on your own decision makings.build trust to others.

    Company's Vision and Mission
    The good thingsAside from being a micro-financing company, this is a Christian organization teaching good values not only to the employees but also to its client-members. One of its objective is to eliminate or alleviate the poverty in our country by teaching and helping poor families.
    The challengesSometimes, I find it hard to meet the expectations of the management but this will push me to go farther, aspire higher and dream more. Helping others, is not easy things to do, but its really fulfilling.
