    The good thingsMy employer allowed me to become a better version of myself as he point out my shortcomings which allowed me to improve my abilities. Moreover, they give rewards and incentives to those who did well. Furthermore, they provide benefits to us, employees, that will improve our standard of living. I encourage other aspiring employees to give this company a chance as they can derive a lot of experience, benefits, and relationships from this.
    The challengesThere were a lot of pressure working in this company due to the deadlines and meeting target customers. However, I believe that they can improve by hiring more staffs to lessen the pressure upon current workers.

    It's hard to word in a lending company but if you love what you are doing then it will go easy along the way.
    The good thingsI love my superiors and my co staff. I really enjoy working with them and i really love and love to help my clients, it's very rewarding if you help them.
