    My overall experience was indeed spectacular and life changing.
    The good thingsI was able to level up my career and get out of my comfort zone by simply exploring new opportunities and roles, and for that, I gained a lot of friends and companion. I was also given a chance to become a support coach such as handling escalations and critical issues.
    The challengesHonestly, I've never considered my past experience but as an opportunity because I am well organized and knows how to balance my career and personal life.
