    The hardest account and company I've worked with.
    The good thingsWeekly pay with incentives and guaranteed Saturday and Sunday of forever.
    The challengesClient and company focused. They will change your schedule often and issue overtime with little notice. There is also very little help on the floor and its very noisy with no noise cancellations constantly.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in this company. Simply amazing workmates and accommodating leaders. I appreciate their systematic approach in processing your application until regularization.
    The challengesAs of the moment we are experiencing low call volumes and it's very challenging in terms of financial reasons to get a 4-hour shift per day and be paid below the basic salary. Well, I just hope that we could get more brands and clients to end this challenging stage.

The diverse workforce helps in developing additional skills that employees can utilize in several other fields should they wish to venture in another line of business.

    The good thingsGuaranteed Weekly salary. You will get your salary every Saturday if you have perfect attendance, if not, you will get it on a Monday. High Non-taxable allowance amounting to 4,000 plus and you also get to work on a fixed weekends offs. Environment is good and warm and those in the management are approachable. They have the best Recruitment and HR team now compared before! Good Job TSD!

    The challengesthey don't pay Mandated benefits they don't deduct taxes (if you are a trainee) they don's give the sales commission of their employee [even though (Site Director) have it already] corrupt and tyrant management they don't have reliable HR no growth untidy environment they do dirty jobs to keep their clients

    The good thingsi enjoy the company because i have a lot of friends there. and Every saturday i get also my salary.
    The challengesfor me is not hard to sales every day but the problem is the tools to open . and not familiar the tools . is so hard . hehehe!
