    Please do research before applying here. Ask all the questions needed and consult with previous employees before accepting the job offer.
    The good thingsThe fringe benefits are really good. I got to travel frequently because they give out an annual travel subsidy. You will form good bonds with all kinds of people here.
    The challengesProcedural changes and policies change all the time that you will get fed up, tired of it then eventually give up. Management will listen to your concerns but will take little to no action. Gaslighters. "You must kowtow" attitude and environment. Passive aggressive retaliation. The job and almost everything about this company is good but it's the management who have tendencies to ruin it. I have no idea if the current management have sorted this out but I have little faith that they did.
