    The challengesThe company is not prepared for the new employee. So many Miscommunication to management and HR. Work from home after training is not True. Super low salary. Unprofessional management. The equipement is not good.

    Decent for fresh graduates / career shifters. Not recommended for those looking for a high salary.
    The good thingsMy colleagues makes working onsite bearable.
    The challengesThe restrictions on every action you make are too strict, like you can't move an inch without getting called out or reprimanded. Absurdly long queues, frequent outages, giving you no time to breathe. The articles that you reference during calls are all outdated and/or lacking. The QA evaluations are baseless and unfair, it's like they don't have prior TSR experience.

    Had a great experience with the company and the people I worked with. It was worth an experience.

    The challengesMost of the time we experience electricity black outs and climbing up to the 16th floor getting almost late was a challenging experience.

    The challengeslow salary, Work load is way more than what your salary is. Unprofessional TL's and managers. HR is just there for the sake of having an HR but they do not serve their purpose at all.

    The challenges- Work load is way too much for a very low salary - This company expects for the employees too work hard, multi-task and do tasks that are not included in your job description with no proper compensation - No incentives - No internet allowance for employees who works from home - Poor functioning computers (slow PCs)

    The good thingsLess call volume and easy account handled. Literally \"petics\" due to low call volume and demand by the client. Management are also open minded in sharing thoughts, knowledge and skills. Comrades are great.

    The good thingsi enjoy working here because of the vibe! good people and a great manager! i love my taxi dispatch family! Those are the main reasons why i can't quit my job!
    The challengesLow Salary and they have this Violation Report w/c cancels out your paid Vacation leave if you have 300 points.. Lowest points is 50 and they do have a lot of CWD's.

    The good thingsTREC has great culture and atmosphere. The People are very welcoming and accommodating. Some employees have been with the company for more than 7 years now and that speaks a lot about how they treat their employees.

    The good thingsMy stay in Trec Pacific is an awesome experience for me, as I grow and learn a lot. Co-employees is also very friendly and open-minded. As side from it is near to our house I enjoyed my stay in Trec Pacific.
    The challengesThe only challenge that I can remember way back then is that we don't have HR Head that is why we are having problems in terms of decision making.
