The good thingsIf you are a fresh graduate, it is great to start here as your stepping stone to your career. If you are experienced, the management will expect a lot from you. On time salary Religious Management Birthday celebrations Care for the employees esp. during covid.
The challengesLack of micro management resulting heavy workload and burn-out. Do not expect big salary increase. No promotions unless no one will takeover to the position. Uncomfortable pantry. It is not easy to file an Over Time so you better be productive within working hours. Anticipate the old school rules for the employees such as light colors of the hair, dark painted nails, etc.
