    Great experience with Toyota!
The good thingsWorking with people here is the best part - it feels like home. I'm given the chance to show my knowledge and capabilities because my boss trusted me. I learned so much in the operations since series of training were given in my position. Benefits and rewards are okay. You can also save money because there's a canteen inside the dealership. We also follow Japanese discipline within premises.
The challengesSalary is average. Hard to find work-life balance because working schedule is Mon-Sat. Promotion is slow. Need to improve recruitment process too.
