    The good thingsMost of the employees has good working relationship. Most of them were easy to get along. Management has good incentive scheme even though its quite little but if you can sold a lot it means a lot of commissions. Salary has never been late and even commissions. A well established company.
    The challengesRegarding to the releasing of plates it would be better if there was a separate department for that. Or more improvement to customer service. Sales department, Service, and Accounting was good but when it comes to customer service they were poor. And also if they can provide faster delivery time.
