    The good thingsCompetitive yet very friendly environment. The higher ups and/or superiors looks after everyone and are very approachable. The company and everyone in it is very disciplined and would always aim for the best they could provide for all of their responsibilities - be it towards the clients, the company/employees, the country, and towards nature.
    The challengesI genuinely enjoyed it there, so I have nothing to say. Also, I was only a trainee and have only stayed there for a limited period of time.

    The good thingsPros: Marketing, selling, prospecting and promoting different types of Toyota variants to customer is very enjoyable. Cons: Commission and incentives is not well properly distributed. Never discussed the summary of the commission rate by the finance department.

    The good thingsProvides necessary training to the employees to execute the tasks well. The management is very supportive to everything good for the improvement of both business and its people. I am very proud of being a part of this team, it leads me to where I am now.
    The challengesEverything is done in this organization differently. When I was in the organization, we want to be the first of everything. SO we need to be wise, creative and open-minded. Thinking out side the box was really challenging to be different from the same nature of business.

    The good thingsThe trainings were the most essential experiences I have ever encountered. It brought me to where I am now. Learnings about Customer Service and Leadership modules were the ultimate.
    The challengesAs a single mother for a younger age, back then was tough. I needed to have a raise on my salary. However, since I was still a fresh grad when I entered, possible promotions was difficult to achieve.
