My experience as a newbie in the corporate world.
The good thingsThe staff within the department are nice. They are very helpful and willing to help new employees. Some departments are friendly and approachable. It was my first job and I learned a lot as a newbie in the corporate world. I experienced almost all the first times there and thanks to my colleague who were very accommodating and professional. Up to this day, I am still friends with my colleagues.
The challengesBecause it's a family business so most of the decisions are personal and they are not fair with employees. The management wasn't able to treat employees fairly and with due process. They treat some employees as slave and scolded in front of all the employees. I was only employed there for 7 months and I decided to resign even if they offered me a regular employment because also of the low salary.
