    TAI Team Member
The good thingsWe are called Team Member because the company believe that we are part of the Team, and working at TAI help me to become responsible and train my decision making skills, it also help me to open my inner leadership skills since we are given a chance to lead and do some decision making.
The challengesThe main problem is the salary and compensation, some of us still looking for a higher rate or a higher compensation. aside from that we are also looking for a better benefits. for example healt card or HMO since all of us want to be at ease in the case that we need health care attention. Also, there are some difficulties in the aspect of communication since there still communication barrier.

My experience as a newbie in the corporate world.
The good thingsThe staff within the department are nice. They are very helpful and willing to help new employees. Some departments are friendly and approachable. It was my first job and I learned a lot as a newbie in the corporate world. I experienced almost all the first times there and thanks to my colleague who were very accommodating and professional. Up to this day, I am still friends with my colleagues.
The challengesBecause it's a family business so most of the decisions are personal and they are not fair with employees. The management wasn't able to treat employees fairly and with due process. They treat some employees as slave and scolded in front of all the employees. I was only employed there for 7 months and I decided to resign even if they offered me a regular employment because also of the low salary.
