    The challengesOne of the challenges in Toyota Aisin Philippines Inc. is adapting to the fast-paced and highly disciplined Japanese work culture, especially when it comes to strict standards and continuous improvement practices. At times, the workload and pressure to meet quality and productivity targets can feel demanding. Communication between departments can also be challenging due to differences in work styles.     The good thingsToyota Auto parts Philippines, Inc. have their good cooperation's in all employee,good staff and good working place. their restaurant have many delicious foods i like it so much.they have nice patterns and solutions in all field,clean hospitals with nice nurses.i love that place because i learn a lot and i evolve my skills.if there any chance i will work hardly than before.

    The good thingsHigh awareness for hazards in order to optimize safety in the workplace for employees. They give working allowance, food allowance, and a shuttle service even for interns. Working interns have contracts and they have an option to extend to extend and be regulars.
    The challengesThey care too much for efficiency that any movements that they seem unnecessary that was in the program of working method is subject for a red flag no matter how comfortable you execute it in the same efficiency, they need you to follow that step in execution strictly.

    Great avenue for skills training with improving employee welfare benefit
    The good thingsTAP hr develops this survey how we employee understands the role of hr in the company. they don't focus only on the monetary awarding but also in the welfare of the employee. also they introduce this cafeteria benefit that employee can buy anything for his self unto a specific amount yearly. before this benefit requires receipt but since it only leads to docs tampering they eliminate it already.v
    The challengesTAP systems for promotion and salary increase is too blinded by bell curve and superiority tradition. that limitsotential for younger and new employee who have more work load. it is right to challenge new one but not to the point it is already harming to employees welfare and productivity. TAP must consider to break superiority if the younger ones are exceptionally fit for higher positions .
