    Great environment, different systems being developed, lots to learn
    The good thingsEnvironment is great, work isn't stressful, very rarely are employees required to do OT. Multiple programming languages are used and different kinds of systems are developed so a lot can be learned and experienced. Employees are friendly. Free lunch(not that great though). Monthly rice subsidy.
    The challengesSalary is ok. Low compared to NCR based companies. No HMO, leave credits are low and shared between vacation and sick. Work is too early, starts at 7 AM and you have to be there before 6:45 for morning routines(japanese culture). cellphones aren't allowed inside.
