Grateful for 13 years of growth with genuine, compassionate leaders who treated us like family.
The good thingsTopbond Philippines gave me a strong foundation in Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce operations. I gained valuable hands-on experience managing major online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok) and leading cross-functional teams. The company provided a supportive environment that trusted me with significant responsibilities and allowed me to develop leadership, strategy, and problem-solving skills over the years.
The challengesAfter many years in the same position, I felt there was room to improve in terms of career progression and role advancement. I’m grateful for the trust and the range of tasks I handled as a Team Leader, but at times the workload grew beyond the position level. Providing clearer paths for promotion and balancing responsibilities with title progression would further motivate and retain long-term employees.

Great co-workers, work will drain you until you give up
The good thingsIf you're only looking for experience this is the best company for you, the company will teach you to be flexible when it comes to work, too many rules and regulations, lots of workload which means lots of experience and knowledge to learn. The owner and co-worker are really nice.
The challengesTo be financially stable? Not recommended. Very high standard when it comes to employees with not so competitive salary and benefits. Lots of rules and regulations, 13th month pay computed as minimum wage, no other benefits asides of Government benefits, SIL. 13th mo.
