The challengesDuring my probationary period, it's been hard and challenging for me to do some of my tasks. Due to some reasons such as the backlogs from previous staff and without proper turnover from them. However, those challenges weren't the reason for me to stop or leave the company. But instead, I've been more eager to learn and motivated. Now I am very lucky to be part of TGR.

Company has the potential but the admin is terrible
The good thingsIf you wish to upgrade your portfolio and experience, take advantage of the time you'll get here. People are generally good also. Worth remembering. :) In my department, there is no stress at all. But be careful when applying for a job for other departments.
The challengesFrom what I've started, the company has the potential in being a big player in the future but upon changing the admin, everything went downhill. Professionalism is not found. Admin, especially the HR & Admin is unbelievably dense. For the two years of my stay, I didn't get to enjoy my HMO even though there is one according to my contract. Office is very unhygienic. Not being able to provide for the employee's needs. Be wary when entering this company. It may be tempting to enter because of its good marketing.
