    Ups and downs, like sailing— like in One Piece
    The good thingsThe people are empathetic and cooperative. Willing to help you when you're flooded with work. The manager in my department was really really understanding. If you want to file a leave, she'll say yes, no questions ask.
    The challengesKeeping up with their standard of quality. Competing for the bonus against your colleagues. Work-life balance. The higher manager was really really not understanding. (Too many to mention of why)

    Really brings out the best in you
    The good thingsThe environment and challenges every task given to me. They create a mindset of completing and perfecting each work on a high standard quality of output which improves exceptionally the skill of an individual 3D Artist.
    The challengesThe challenge I've alwats encounter is the rush deadlines, which is nothing for me. This practices the artist to develop speed while retaining the quality at the same time.

    The challengesAt least improve the facilities, especially the hardware that employees are using. And hoping to give the employees a salary that they deserve.
