    TMJP BPO is the best
The good thingsThe people are kind and approachable. The bosses are accommodating.
The challengesThe employees needed to work from home so they removed the office. When employees need to go to office, they need to go to the main office which is really far from other employees.

The good thingsNot your typical BPO company. Manpower is relatively young.
The challengesOnly a few experienced managers left. Training successors have become a priority this year, but the company's L&D team is still somewhat lacking. The leadership roles aren't very competitive, compared to what other BPO companies offer. The HR tool for managing attendance and payroll still needs improvement to lessen salary disputes.
