Great experience especially for aspiring devsPositives:
Flexible schedule allows for better work-life balance. Co-workers are great; they are always helpful and professional. Company culture and work environment are great; it doesn't feel stuffy and you feel comfortable with expressing your concerns. Feedback is usually applied properly. Compensation and benefits are good.
Negatives:
Client projects can get overwhelming during peak periods; as a result, in-house game dev projects get lesser priority. It would be nice if job level classifications are integrated into our job titles regardless of team size as that can also help with career growth.
