    The good thingsThe most positive aspect of the experience has been the opportunity for continuous growth and the quality of the people I’ve worked with. I’ve enjoyed being in an environment where learning is constant. Each project brought new challenges that helped me improve my technical skills, problem-solving ability, and overall confidence in handling real-world tasks. The exposure to different workflows and responsibilities also pushed me to adapt quickly and develop a more structured approach to my work.
    The challengesThe main challenge was managing high client demands alongside multiple overlapping projects. Workloads often became heavy with tight deadlines and shifting priorities, which required constant adjustment and quick turnaround.

    The good thingsWork from home setup and great work culture, everyone is easy to approach and be asked for feedbacks. Colleagues are very helpful walking you through if you are having a hard time on the task. Very supportive circle and really promotes work life balance. They value their employee which will help you to feel motivated and they have weekend meetings that keeps you engaged.

    The good thingsGreat work culture, everyone is open to feedback and very approachable whenever you’re having difficulty handling projects. Plenty of events that encourage socialization and team bonding. Bi-annual salary increases that help you feel valued and motivated. A very approachable and supportive design team with fun, high Gen Z energy.
    The challengesThere are times when multiple tasks or projects are assigned within a short period, so good time management and preparation before project kickoffs are important. Leave benefits could still be enhanced. SL/VL/compensatory leaves are not convertible to cash.

Just make sure you adapt quickly if you haven't experienced it yet. Team members are a joy to work with, especially because they are capable and can think on their own.
    The challengesA bit of micromanagement, which hinders your confidence in giving out ideas and asking relevant questions. Workload based on the timelines established is a bit tight and tough if you're not constantly focused and on top of every little thing.

    Great experience especially for aspiring devsPositives: Flexible schedule allows for better work-life balance. Co-workers are great; they are always helpful and professional. Company culture and work environment are great; it doesn't feel stuffy and you feel comfortable with expressing your concerns. Feedback is usually applied properly. Compensation and benefits are good. Negatives: Client projects can get overwhelming during peak periods; as a result, in-house game dev projects get lesser priority. It would be nice if job level classifications are integrated into our job titles regardless of team size as that can also help with career growth.
